I'm a mom of 7 children ages 6 months to 16 years. Needless to say I have tried many baby seats for the tub over the years. This one is great. I'm always worried when ordering online since you can't touch the item to see how well it is made. I have a very fat little one and there is plenty of room. ALL bath seats have a slippery seat but this one has a bigger front bar between the legs to try and help with the comfort issue. Worst case for a little boy wrap a hand towel around the bar for cushion. I have done that in the past. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and wanted to leave a post for mommys and daddys to know that this is a great buy.

This bath seat is great! I am a mom of twins, and I purchased two, and I am very glad I did. The babies love being in the tub together and I love the convenience of washing them together.

Our tub does not have a smooth surface, so the suction cups on the bottom of the chair do not stick, but the weight of the babies in them keeps the seat level and secure (my kids are both around 19 lbs). I would never leave my kids unattended in the bathtub, so I don't have any worries about the seats tipping.

I would purchase these seats again. They have helped make being a mom of twins a little easier.

It does everything it should, and the price is right.

Easy one-hand open (see picture), very stable in the tub and easy to release, plenty of room for the baby (mine is a chubby one - not a problem), great colors (yellow) and fun toys for the baby.

Cons I could think of:
The seat itself is somewhat slippery. I imagine it can become uncomfortable for boys.
The toy accumulates a lot of water. You need to empty it properly after bath (just hold the seat upside down for a few seconds)

Great seat, stays attached to the bottom of the tub...my daughter loves to use it when she takes her bath. Don't pass on this product at all.

The suction cups don't stick very well. The squirt toy doesn't work. It does the job of keeping my son upright in the bathtub. As long as he is sitting in it, it doesn't move or flip over. I'm not sure if it is entirely safe though. I wouldn't leave the child unattended at all as the suction cups do not hold well at all.

I'm mother to a 7 month old who I've never bathed by myself before. I'm a pretty petite person (5 foot tall), so I was VERY nervous bathing my son. My husband bathes him and I help when I am not in the way LOL! I bought this seat because I remember when I was younger, my mom used them with my brother and sister, similar seats at least. I though, 'Hmm! This could solve my problem and make it a ton easier to bathe a squirmy, splashy, excitable kid!'. It did, too! He didn't seem too interested in the toys just yet, he wanted to splash more than anything. When we were done, I held him with one arm and rinsed him off and voila, done.

I was nervous though, before running the bath. I couldn't seem to get the suction cups to stick down at all, maybe one or two at a time, but not all 4. After I filled the tub I tried again, and it stuck really well - if it hadn't, I would be writing a very different review.

Mission accomplished, bath time conquered! Mom - 1 , son - 0. :)

Really helps out in the tub! My tub has a textured bottom, so it doesn't actually stick; but when she sits in it, it's fine! I'd never leave her unattended anyway!! She really likes it, too!
